How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the email address you provided at checkout. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

Step 2: Click the tracking link in the email, or enter your tracking number directly on the carrier's website:

Step 3: Enter your tracking number in the tracking field and click "Track" to see the latest status of your shipment.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders submitted before 3:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) will be processed on the same day; orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–5 business days after dispatch

Note: All orders within the United States come with free standard shipping. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Number Not Working?

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation email. If your tracking number still does not work after 24 hours, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@newattitudesinc.com or call us at +1 708-442-3136. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
